Devon was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. Her family relocated to Bend in 2012, shortly after Devon joined the men’s football team at Summit High School. After graduating with honors, she attended Lewis & Clark College where she played football for a short time and received her Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy. After returning to Bend, she was accepted and graduated from a Master's program for Legal Studies.
Devon enjoys the outdoor lifestyle and activities Bend has to offer. She enjoys traveling, camping, and exploring Oregon’s sights with her adventurous dog. Devon is passionate about giving back to her community and hopes that her legal-related studies can help give back and positively affect Bend.
