Todd is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College. He has worked as a trial attorney with Metropolitan Public Defender Services, Inc. in Portland, Oregon, and as an associate at the Portland firm of Hoevet & Boise, LLP.
In 2005, Todd established his own criminal defense practice in Bend. Todd represents adult and juvenile defendants in Oregon’s state and federal courts, and on appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Todd lives in Bend, Oregon with his wife, Ellen, and two boys, Evan and Peter.
